ScribeAI Meeting Terms of Use
1. Service description
ScribeAI Meeting is a meeting recording, AI transcription and summarization tool: background-safe recording, multilingual speech-to-text, AI summaries with action items, smart tags, and PDF / Markdown export.
2. Recording legality
Recording conversations is regulated by the laws of your jurisdiction. Before recording any conversation, you are responsible for ensuring the recording is lawful and for obtaining any consent required from participants. ScribeAI Meeting provides recording and note-taking tools only and accepts no liability for the legality of your recordings.
3. AI-generated content
AI-generated transcripts, summaries and action items are provided for reference and may contain errors or omissions. Review them before relying on them for any formal purpose. AI output does not represent the views of ScribeAI Meeting, and we make no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the app to process unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, nor to violate others’ privacy or legal rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in violations.
5. Subscriptions and payment
Pro subscriptions auto-renew (weekly / monthly / yearly) and are billed through the Apple App Store. Cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Pro benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds follow Apple’s rules (reportaproblem.apple.com).
6. Intellectual property
Your recordings, transcripts and notes belong to you. The ScribeAI Meeting app interface, branding, icons and underlying technology belong to the ScribeAI Meeting team.
7. Account and data
You can delete your account anytime in Settings → Delete account & data. Deletion removes your server-side account and all local data and cannot be undone. Please back up important notes (PDF / Markdown export is available).
8. Changes and termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time. Material changes will be announced in advance.
9. Disclaimer
ScribeAI Meeting is provided “as is”. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
